Dr Zhen Xu received her Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from Carleton University, Canada, in 2005. From 2005 to 2008 she was a Lecturer with the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China, where she is currently an associate professor. She was an adjunct associate professor of Department of Computer Science at Texas Southern University during the Spring of 2015 Semester. Her research interests are wireless communication networks, protocols of airborne networks, mobile satellite networks, and Ad Hoc networks.
