    Dr. Dejian Kong is an assistant professor of law at the China University of Political Science and Law, and a fellow of the Research Institute of Air and Space Law. He teaches Private International Law and focus on the legal research of air and space law, with specific to the law and policy on satellite navigation.


    Dr. Kong received his Bachelor’ degree, LLM and PhD in law from Shandong University (China), Beihang University (China) and Leiden University (The Netherlands) respectively. He once did short-period visiting research at the University of Bologna (Italy), the European Institute of Space Policy (Austria), and the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (Italy). He is also active in academic events and publications around the world.
