Dr. Renato Filjar

Dr. Renato Filjar is a satellite navigation, spatial statistical learning, space weather, and SDR advisor; a Professor at Zagreb University of Applied Sciences, Zagreb, Croatia, and an external Professor of Electronics Engineering at Faculty of Engineering, University of Rijeka, Croatia, and Beihang University, Beijing, China. He is a Fellow of The Royal Institute of Navigation (RIN, London, UK) and external contributor to UN IGS. He founded Baška GNSS Conference in Baška, Krk Island, Croatia.

Dr. Bin Li

Dr. Bin Li is a lecturer at Newcastle Law School and the General Editor of The Newcastle Law Review. Bin’s research interests include international air and space law. In this regard, he has published a number of high-quality journal articles in Chinese and English language and completed several research projects funded by Chinese government as the chief investigator. Bin is a member of ANZ Space Law Interest Group, an affiliated member of Australian Forum for Climate Intervention Governance, the visiting scholar at the United Nations Regional Centre for Space Science and Technology Education, the visiting research fellow at Trilateral Cooperation Studies Centre based in Renmin University of China in Beijing.
