On July 6, 2019, Mr. Dong Bo, Vice Minister of Human Resources Department of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology visited the Centre. Mr. Weng Jingnong, Executive Director of the Centre, warmly welcomed the guests. The two sides exchanged views on jointly carrying out the construction of practical teaching base, international training, cultural exchanges, etc., and signed the Cooperation Agreement.

  Founded in December 2009, Changzheng Institute is a full-budget unincorporated body directly under the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology. It is an important component of the institute's human resources system and a platform for vocational training of all the employees. It promotes the professional growth of outstanding talents and implements technical service training for customers and suppliers. With the mission of “Sharing Organization Wisdom and Spreading Aerospace Culture”, it is committed to cultivating training experts for the development of the aerospace industry and creating a professional team. The college has continuously enriched the job-oriented qualification training system, the product-oriented industrial chain training system, and the society-oriented aerospace spirit and cultural communication system. At present, there are more than one hundred (100) training programs and nearly ten thousand (10,000) trainees every year.
