With the theme of "Experience China's New Era", the works should reflect the views and understandings of international students and graduates in China on various aspects of China in the past ten years, and tell the new era of China in their eyes with personal experience and personal experience.

Current international students studying in China (including those who have not returned to China due to the epidemic and other reasons) and graduates studying in China who graduated after 2012
C. Tournament requirements
This competition adopts the method of writing essays, photographic works, and short videos. Participants will participate in one or more of these competitions. The competition works are based on real life and personal experience, and must be original, not published in other books, newspapers, magazines, websites, and new media platforms, nor submitted to other similar competitions.
a. Writing essays requirements
1) Around the theme of the activity, the topic is self-designed. From the perspective of international students studying in China, tell about their personal experience, feelings and knowledge of studying, living and working in China since 2012. It can involve all fields of social life, narrate China's economic development, scientific and technological achievements, natural scenery, urban construction, cultural exchanges, etc., and tell real and vivid Chinese stories.
2) There is no limit to the style of the essay, with a length of 1000-2000 words. It is recommended that the work be written in Chinese. The works should be sent to the designated mailbox at the end of the notice. The uniform format of the email title is: Call for Papers - Name of the Author's Passport - Nationality - Title of the Work.
b. Photographic works requirements
1) Around the theme of the event, use the cameras to capture real moments in or related to China. The content of the work can be campus life, public figures, natural scenery, local customs, etc., and the shooting location is in China or other countries and regions related to Chinese elements.
2) The works require novel ideas, clear pictures, reasonable layout, and certain artistic expression. Photographic works can be in black and white or in color, and a brief description of the work must be attached, preferably within 100 words. Everyone submits no more than 2 works, single photos and group photos (no more than 3 photos per group, counted as 1 piece) are acceptable.
3) Photographs must be in JPG format, and the compressed file should not be less than 5M. The works should be sent to the designated mailbox at the end of the notice. The unified format of the mailbox title is: photography-author's passport name-nationality-title of the work.
c. Short video requirements
1) Focusing on the theme of the event, international students studying in China record what they saw, heard and felt in their study, life and work in China, vividly reflecting their feelings and experiences of the development and changes in various fields in China since 2012.
2) The duration of the work is about 3 minutes, and the specific presentation form is not limited. The resolution of the work must not be lower than 720P, and mainstream video formats such as AVI, MOV, WMV, MP4, RMVB are accepted. The language of the work is Chinese or English; if other languages are used, Chinese or English subtitles must be attached. The work should be sent to the designated mailbox at the end of the notice. The uniform format of the email title is: short video - author's passport name - nationality - title of the work.
3) Participation can be done individually or as a team. Encourage foreign students and Chinese students to form a team to create, and the works of international students can have the participation of instructors.
D. Sending method
International students studying in China, graduates studying in China, and foreign youth working in China will participate in the competition in their own name. The works, the contact information of the author, and the introduction of the work (within 100 words) or online disk (Baidu) link + password are sent to the email:ddsjdjs@126.com. Designated email address (the subject of the email should be marked with "Call for Papers/Photography/Short Video - Name of Author's Passport - Nationality - Name of Work").
E. Time arrangement
Time of the tournament: March 10 to July 31, 2022
The author has the copyright and the right of authorship for the award-winning works of the contest for essays, photography and short videos. The organizing committee of the competition has the right to use them.
Entrants shall have full, complete and exclusive copyrights for the entries, and shall not infringe other intellectual property rights such as portrait rights and reputation rights of third parties, as well as personal ownership.
F. Prize settings
a. In the essay category, there are 5 first prizes, 10 second prizes, and 20 third prizes, and award certificates will be issued, with bonuses of 1,500 yuan, 1,000 yuan, and 500 yuan respectively;
b. In the photography category, there will be 5 first prizes, 10 second prizes, and 20 third prizes. Certificates of award will be issued, with prizes of 1,000 yuan, 600 yuan, and 300 yuan respectively;
c. In the short video category, there will be 5 first prizes, 10 second prizes, and 20 third prizes. Award certificates will be issued, with bonuses of 8,000 yuan, 5,000 yuan, and 2,000 yuan respectively.
The awards of the above three competitions will be increased or decreased according to the number of participants and the quality of the works. All anti-entrants will be granted access to the 2022 "Contemporary World" Chinese and English electronic journals.
d.10 Best Organization Awards and 10 Best Guidance Awards will be set up for each university, and award certificates will be issued and corresponding awards will be given.
f. Companies such as China Road and Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd. will give priority to the winners and contestants to provide work internships and employment opportunities at home and abroad, and will provide corporate scholarships or grants for international students studying in China as appropriate.
