Dr. Sergio Camacho
卡马乔博士，2002年至2007年任联合国外空司司长。卡马乔先生致力于空间能力建设发展，曾负责第三届探索与和平利用外层空间会议（UNISPACE III）的组织工作，并推动践行会议倡议。在他的支持下，航天一代咨询理事会（2002年）、全球卫星导航系统国际委员会（2005年）、联合国灾害管理与应急反应天基资讯平台（UN-SPIDER）（2006年）相继成立。2014年，他作为联合国和平利用外层空间委员会墨西哥代表，建立了国际小行星预警网（IWAN）和空间飞行任务规划咨询小组（SMPAG）。2016年被北航法学院聘为兼职教授。
